The third choice for us, out of all the reviews we came across, was CANIDAE.
We loved how they personalise every bag for your dog’s needs.
Sometimes dogs have allergies to certain ingredients,
so this “pick and choose” method is what really impressed us at this brand.
They come up with so many choices that it’s close to impossible
for you not to find what you need…rather what your dog needs.
Since our dogs can’t speak, CANIDAE sure did with their huge versatile selections.
CANIDAE provides wet and dry dog food and also treats.
They have such a huge range of products that
it would be impossible for us to list them all
without you wanting to break the screen of your computer,
so we’ll select a couple just to give you an idea.

As a bonus, here are some “fun facts” about dogs (we have no idea why they are fun, some of them do not sound fun 🙂 )
1. Chasing the Tail:
Dogs can start chasing their tails for a variety of reasons like: curiosity, exercise, they even might have fleas. In case they insist chasing their tail, you should definitely talk to your veterinary.
Oscar chases his tail, for example, whenever he needs a haircut, his hair is long enough that he tickles his back with his tail:).
2. Dogs sweat too :
Unlike humans, they sweat through their little tiny paws(through the pads of their paws)
3. Wet nose:
Their noses secret a really thin layer of mucous through which they absorb scent.
they lick their nose after, so that they can taste that smell.
4. Their ears movement :
Look closely at how they move their ears every time they do. It seems that they have more than a dozen separate muscles that control their ears.
5. Dogs kick back after #2 :
They do that to further mark their territory by using the scent gland on their paws. Ops, I always thought they were being civilized and want to bury it:)
6. No, they don’t cuddle because they really, really love you…that too, but:
Dogs curl up in a ball due to one of their very old well kept instincts to keep themselves warm and protect their vital organs and abdomen from predators.
7. Night vision :
Well, they have it. A dog’s eye has a special membrane ( tapetum lucidum) which allows the dog to see in the dark.
8. “Mud” baths:
Whatever smelly thing your dog rolls into smells delicious for them
9. Separation anxiety :
Leave your dog with a piece of clothing that smells like you, and it can actually help reduce their separation anxiety
10. Jealousy :
Yup, they feel it. A study done by scholars at the University of California found that dogs can get jealous if they see their owners displaying affection toward someone else. Hmmm, Oscar actually barks at anyone hugging me:)
